Château de Beaucastel 2014

This Châteauneuf-du-Pape wine from Chateau de Beaucastel was produced after an atypical year. It is mostly composed of Roussanne (80%), Grenache Blanc (15%) and Picardan, Clairette and Bourboulenc (5%). 2014 Chateau de Beaucastel shows a bright white gold-tinted yellow color. The nose is characterized by butter, brioche and white fruits notes -vine peach and abricot- To the palate, this is clear yet vivid but delicate. This well-balanced and complex 2014 vintage offers a long finish with light salty notes.
