Description
A Supple and Brilliant Grand Cru Classé from Saint-Julien
A Third Classified Growth of 1855, Château Langoa Barton is one of the most beautiful references of the Saint-Julien appellation, on the Left Bank of the Bordeaux wine region.
Great wines are born from great terroirs. Château Langoa Barton oversees a 17-hectare vineyard on the banks of the river. The vines are 35 years old on average and planted in gravelly soils upon a clay subsoil. The unique combination of climate, topology and geology of the area gives a distinctive signature style to the wine.
Château Langoa Barton 2017 is the First Wine of the estate, made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (54%), Merlot (38%) and Cabernet Franc (8%).
With its impressive power, freshness and balance, the Château Langoa Barton 2017 displays a profile typical of the Saint-Julien, through a vintage that puts emphasis on the characteristics of that appellation.
With wines that stand out, vintage after vintage, for their inimitable quality and consistency of style, Château Langoa Barton 2017 promises to be one of the sure values of the Saint-Julien appellation.
