DO YOU SELL TO THE TRADE?
We are strictly dedicated to private individuals, due to the agreements we have with the various Chateaux and producing estates we work with.
DO YOU HAVE A SHOP IN SINGAPORE?
We do not own any premises in Singapore. All our activities are managed from Bordeaux owing to its proximity to producing estates. All wines are shipped directly from our cellars to Singapore once they are fully paid for.
ARE INVOICES TO BE PAID IN SGD?
All our invoices corresponding to purchases delivered to the Singapore territory are in SGD, and can be paid by credit card or bank transfer in the same currency.
American Express cards may be used however this is the only card we are required to process in Euros through our system. We would thus convert the amount invoiced according to the exchange rate at time of purchase.
DO YOUR PRICES INCLUDE TAXES AND DUTIES?
Yes, the prices displayed on the website are inclusive of GST and excise duties, excepting our en primeur wines, which are displayed in-bond ex-GST.
As we are dedicated to private individuals, we declare and settle all local taxes and duties on your behalf. All you need to do is order, pay and then sign the delivery slip on arrival of your wine, of course after having checked its integrity.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER WINE AND HAVE IT STORED UNDER BOND?
We can ship any of our ready for delivery or en primeur wines to a certified bonded warehouse located in Singapore providing you already have an account set up with them. Please note, that though our website does not recognize the under bond sale, once you place your order we will amend it to match your requirements. Please indicate the name of the warehouse and your account reference at check out.

We do not currently offer in-bond storage facilities of our own, either in Singapore or in France.

DO YOU REQUIRE A SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY?
We require a signature upon delivery for insurance reasons. Upon reception of the wines, it is the responsibility of the addressee to check the state of the goods and to note any reserve concerning breakage, damage or missing goods on the delivery slip. If the delivery slip does not indicate any reserve, Millesima is not obligated to provide compensation to the recipient for this order.
The signatory must be over 18 years of age.
HOW LONG WILL THE DELIVERY TAKE TO SINGAPORE?
We arrange a bi-monthly shipment from our cellars in Bordeaux to Singapore. Once the order has been sent from our cellars in Bordeaux, delivery takes an average of 5-7 days.
We do, of course, have to take into account external factors, such as extreme weather or other extenuating circumstances. The integrity of the wines is a primary concern, and we will not ship if the conditions would in any way cause harm. Be sure however we will notify you upon purchase of any suspension of our usual shipments.
Once the order is ready for delivery, our local carrier will contact you to organise a delivery appointment according to your availability.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY COSTS?
Ready for delivery wines
SGD 60 will be charged for each local delivery within city area (per delivery address).

Should you wish to be delivered to more than one address in Singapore, an additional delivery fee will apply.

En primeur wines
Delivery of en primeur orders is SGD 65.00, again no matter how many cases you have ordered from us. Please note, this fee is charged once the wine is ready for delivery not at time of purchase.
Furthermore, if you place several orders of wines of the same vintage that are to be delivered at the same time to one sole address, the charge of SGD 65.00 is only applied once.
DO YOU SHIP IN ORIGINAL WOOD CASES (OWC)?
We offer our wines in the original packaging as provided by the producing estates. Each item is marked as either in “case” (wooden case) or “box” (cardboard carton).
WHEN WILL MY EN PRIMEUR WINE BE DELIVERED?
Once the wine is bottled and ready for shipment, that is to say more or less two years later (plus another year for certain wines from Sauternes and Barsac), a final invoice will be sent to the customer which includes the delivery fee. We will also confirm your contact and delivery information at this time, and make any necessary modifications.
HOW MAY I ORDER?
The best way is to place your order through our website, as this would enable you to create your personal file, secure the wine you wish to purchase and automatically arrange a secure payment by credit card.
Of course, we remain at your disposal by e-mail or telephone should you need any further information, advice or assistance.
HOW MAY I CONTACT YOU? IS THERE SOMEONE I CAN MEET IN SINGAPORE?
We operate from Bordeaux, but our team will be delighted to answer all your queries, assist you in building your order, advise you in your selections or provide updates on a delivery. You can contact them by email on customercare@millesima.com or direct line at (65) 3174 0897. However, please note Bordeaux is not in the same time zone.
HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR WINES ?
We organise all our shipments by secure air freight. The quality and integrity of the wines we offer is of utmost importance. Our transporter ensures that the temperature of the wine is constant, between 15-18°C, from the moment they are collected from our 200 year old cellars in the heart of Bordeaux to the final delivery to you.

Should you need further information please feel free to refer to our more detailed General Terms and Conditions.
