Description
A fruity red wine from Pomerol
Produced on a total area of 47.5 hectares with vines averaging 30 years of age in the Pomerol appellation, Château de Sales benefits from a rich terroir composed of gravel soil with iron oxide. The vines are a mix of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon.
The Château de Sales 1997 gives ripe fruit with a mild acidity. This wine offers pure black cherry aromas. A wine to enjoy now.
