How do I access the loyalty programme?

The loyalty programme is available to all private clients who have a Millésima account. Professionals are not able to access the scheme.

Is there a fee for this loyalty programme?

The loyalty programme is 100% free: there are no membership fees or hidden charges.

How can I use my advantages?

Your discounts are automatically applied to your basket as soon as you are logged in to your customer account. For example, percentage discounts or free postage are applied automatically.

How are my orders calculated?

Your order total is calculated based on the sum of your invoiced (including VAT) and paid orders. Orders of in-stock and en-primeur wines are included. Your status is updated between 24 and 48 hours following the confirmation of your order by our team.

Can I lose my perks if I don't place an order?

Can I lose my perks if I place an order? As soon as you reach a level, you keep it for life! However, if you don't order any products from us for more than 2 years, you will lose your current level. In this case, you will have to restart at the beginning of the last level you reached. For example, if you have the Imperial status, you have €15,000 worth of purchases and you don't order for more than 2 years: you keep your Imperial status but you go back down to €10,000 worth of orders.

Exclusive Cellar wines are very rare products that are only available to our most loyal clients.

What is a Wine Concierge?

A Wine Concierge is a wine expert who can provide you with tailored advice and who is also available for any specific requests. For example, we can help you organise a trip to one of our partners' vineyards, or find you some sought-after gems.

What very rare wines could I potentially obtain?

We are able to offer very limited quantities of wines such as Masseto, Domaine Leroy, Egon Müller, Petrus, Romanée-Conti... and many others.
