Description
A flattering Saint-Julien red wine on the palate
Château Gloria is a Classified Growth from the vineyards of Saint-Julien. It is a blend of 63% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot. The superior terroir, the manual harvesting and the vinification allow the estate to offer a powerful and fruity wine with a silky texture while following tradition at the same time.
At tasting, the wine has a beautiful, bright, intense red colour. The nose offers fresh and ripe fruity aromas with notes of spice, pepper and coffee. On the palate, the wine is flattering and fleshy with extreme flexibility and rich in fruit that offers a lengthy finish. This Château Gloria 2012 is ultimately full of energy.
