The Estate
Historically established since 1825 in Nuits-Saint-Georges at the heart of the Côte de Nuits, the Faiveley Family leads one of the finest estates in Burgundy. Since 2005, it is the seventh generation of the family that ensures the continuity of this Burgundian jewel, embodied by two great enthusiasts: Erwan Faiveley and his sister, Eve Faiveley. With a vineyard spanning over 120 hectares, the Domaine Faiveley is one of the largest and most prestigious in Burgundy. Overseeing exceptional Grand Crus and Premier Crus plots, the Faiveley Family boasts a remarkable viticultural heritage.
The Vineyard
While the Domaine Faiveley was historically based in Côtes de Nuits in Nuits-Saint-Georges, the estate has gradually expanded its vineyard into Côte de Beaune and Côte Chalonnaise. Today, Domaine Faiveley owns 12 Grand Crus and 25 Premier Crus in Burgundy and oversees an exceptional viticultural heritage.
The Wine
This cuvée is a Mercurey wine from an 11.11-hectare plot, a monopoly of the estate since 1933, and its name refers to the numerous raspberry plants surrounding the vineyard.
Grape Variety
100% Pinot Noir.
