The vineyard
Covering 3 hectares, this historic, family-owned Burgundian vineyard, spread across Corpeau and Chassagne-Montrachet, is farmed according to integrated pest management principles, minimizing the use of phytosanitary products to preserve soil and vine health. In certain plots, plowing is done with a draft horse, an ecological practice respectful of the terroirs.
