An outstanding Bourgogne white wine crafted by Maison Leroy
The estate
Founded in 1868 by François Leroy, Maison Leroy has established itself as an essential reference in Burgundy. Since 1955, Lalou Bize-Leroy has led this merchant house with uncompromising standards, applying rigorous biodynamic principles across all its selections. A pioneer of biodynamics in Bourgogne, she has built a worldwide reputation on wines of remarkable purity and authenticity. Today, Lalou Bize-Leroy remains at the helm of the family business, carrying on a know-how passed down through four generations and a philosophy that places the expression of terroir at the heart of every cuvée.
The vineyard
This Bourgogne Blanc comes from a rigorous selection of plots located in the finest terroirs of the Côte de Beaune. The Chardonnay vines benefit from clay-limestone soils rich in Jurassic limestone, typical of Burgundy’s great terroirs. These soils lend the wines a crystalline minerality and an acidic structure that supports their aging potential. Vineyard management follows strict biodynamic principles, excluding any synthetic chemical inputs and favoring respect for natural cycles.
The vintage

After a mild winter and a temperate spring, summer brought moderate temperatures and an optimal distribution of rainfall. These conditions allowed the grapes to ripen harmoniously, preserving fine acidity while developing remarkable aromatic maturity. Harvest took place in
