Description
The cuvée Pinot Blanc 2011 from Trimbach is enjoyable as an apetiser as well as on a light meal : it is a pleasurable wine. Created from 70% Auxerrois and 30% Pinot Blanc, it brings together the fresh acidity of the Pinot Blanc and the savoury volume of the Auxerrois. The cuvée Pinot Blanc 2011 has a pale yellow robe embellished with green. It is fruity, well balanced and thirst-quenching. The finish offers a nice lingering as well as a good concentration on the mouth.
