The fruit for this estate 2021 Riesling comes from numerous villages with limestone, sandy, and granitic soils. It is blended every year for consistency—which here means purity and precision. A lovely hint of tangerine characterizes the nose with tart citrus intensity; a touch of smoky reduction is still at play. The palate likewise paints a picture of tart, juicy, mouth-watering citrus.
