Founded in 1811 by two passionate individuals, the Champagne House Perrier-Jouët has been crafting cuvées for over two centuries, distinguished by their finesse, aromatic richness and the authentic expression of the finest Champagne terroirs.
Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque, an iconic cuvée
A historic and vintage Champagne
A symbol of the expertise and excellence of Maison Perrier-Jouët, the Belle Époque cuvée was unveiled to the public in 1964. Since then, fewer than 30 vintages have been released, each sourced exclusively from exceptional years.
A bottle with an unmistakable identity
Instantly recognisable, the Belle Époque bottle, adorned with the white Japanese anemone, embodies the House's image on the international stage. This motif, conceived in 1902 by Émile Gallé, master of Art Nouveau, reflects the deep bond between art and the House's founders, Pierre Perrier and Adèle Jouët.
A cuvée born from exceptional terroirs
A rare alliance of finesse and excellence, Belle Époque showcases the finest Champagne terroirs through masterful winemaking and a precise blend of three emblematic grape varieties: pinot noir (northern Montagne de Reims), chardonnay (notably Cramant and Avize), and pinot meunier (Dizy).
Belle Époque: discovering exceptional cuvées
Belle Époque, the alliance of freshness and finesse
Crafted from a harmonious blend of chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot meunier, this Champagne reveals a unique personality. Its pale gold colour captivates the eye, while its floral and fruity nose is enriched, upon aeration, with delicate honeyed notes. On the palate, the balance and elegance of this cuvée charm the senses, carried by an invigorating freshness and a lingering, indulgent finish that prolongs the pleasure of tasting.
Belle Époque Rosé, between power and indulgence
Belle Époque Rosé is distinguished by its delicate pale peach colour. Crafted through a light red vinification of a selection of pinot noir, this Champagne benefits from ageing of at least six years. It captivates with its balance between vivacity, freshness and indulgence. On the nose, it reveals subtle aromas of red fruits, citrus, brioche and caramel. On the palate, its structure is ample and refreshing. This iconic cuvée is also available in magnum.
Belle Époque Blanc de Blancs, between purity and freshness
Sourced from the prestigious Grand Cru plots of Bouron Leroi and Bouron du Midi in Cramant, Belle Époque Blanc de Blancs embodies the purity and elegance characteristic of the Perrier-Jouët style, expressing all the finesse of chardonnay.
