Stone and chalk dust notes are as prevalent as the peach, melon and lemon fruit in this complex, mouthwatering white. Balanced and long, echoing citrus and mineral accents on the finish. Drink now through 2029. 2,200 cases made, 450 cases imported.

Clean, fresh and very precise example of Vaillons. It has attractive floral notes and plenty of acidity on the palate, providing great balance to the white peach characters. Already drinking well, it should age nicely for up to four years.

Lovely creamy fruit here with lemons, green apples, pear skins and even a touch of white peach, complemented by seashell undertones. It’s medium-bodied and nicely compact. Excellent breadth. Drink or hold.
