The producer

Created within the Bollinger family group, Anaë Gin is a French liquor. Harmoniously combining authenticity and know-how, Anaë is made from grape alcohol, and not grain alcohol like most gins. Anaë partners with producers who are certified organic by the ECOCERT organisation.

Vinification and ageing

This Gin is distilled in a traditional manner and bottled in the Charente region. The stages of its production combine aromatisation by maceration, infusion and slow reduction.

The tasting

Nose

The nose is deep and gradually reveals citrus fruit, fresh pear and dried walnut fragrances with subtle floral (white flowers, blueberries), spicy and aniseed notes.

Palate

Ample and silky, the palate is seduced by this gin's vegetal (liquorice root) and fruity (pear, clementine, candied mandarin) notes. Persistent, the palate stretches to a finish that reveas minty and aniseed notes.
