KI NO BI: The Gin That Captures the Spirit of Japan

KI NO BI is a Japanese Gin that captivates enthusiasts around the world with its distinctive flavor and perfect balance. The artisanal and premium gin KI NO BI is a symbol of the ancestral art of Konwa, which means "to combine and create harmony." Each ingredient, whether it's tangy yuzu, fragrant shiso, spicy shansho, or traditional juniper berry, is macerated in rice alcohol and distilled individually to extract the finest aromas and flavors. These elements are then blended to create a gin with typically Japanese notes, enhanced by distinctive aromas and a lingering finish.

KI NO BI SEI is crafted using the same meticulous process as the original KI NO BI: 11 botanicals are distilled in six distinct aromatic categories. The final blend has been readjusted by the distillation team to sublimate each ingredient to a higher degree.
