Guided by a rigorous agroecological approach, this Burgundy vineyard illustrates the environmental commitment of the estate, where viticulture is thought out in respect of natural balances and biodiversity.
The wine
The Chablis 1er Cru "Les Vaucoupins" comes from vines aged 40 to 60 years, located on the right bank of the Serein. This terroir, characterized by its fine white limestone soil, benefits from an ideal exposure and natural drainage, thus offering optimal conditions for the flourishing of chardonnay. The resulting wine stands out for its chiseled minerality, its elegance and the precision of its aromatic expression.
