The Elegance and Structure of a Corton Grand Cru
The Estate
Officially founded in 1803 in Pommard, Domaine Parent is a historic figure of Burgundy. This estate, spanning around ten hectares, is now run by Anne Parent and Catherine Fages-Parent. A pioneer in environmental practices, the estate is certified organic. Domaine Parent stands out for its commitment to producing wines that faithfully reflect the complexity of their terroirs.
The Vineyard
The Corton Grand Cru "Les Renardes" comes from a plot located on the prestigious hill of Corton, north of Beaune. Facing southeast on a gentle slope, the vines thrive on a terroir made up of a brown, stony clay-limestone topsoil resting on a bed of Bathonian limestone.
