FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions
Should you need further information, please feel free to contact our team at singapore@millesima.com or call us at +65 3174 0897.
Do you sell to the trade?
We are strictly dedicated to private individuals, due to the agreements we have with the various Châteaux and producing estates we work with.
Are invoices to be paid in SGD?
All invoices for purchases delivered to Singapore are in SGD and can be paid by credit card or bank transfer in the same currency.
American Express cards may be used, however this is the only card we are required to process in Euros through our system. The amount will be converted according to the exchange rate at the time of purchase.
Do your prices include taxes and duties?
Yes, prices displayed on the website are inclusive of GST and excise duties, excepting our en primeur wines, which are displayed in-bond ex-GST.
As we are dedicated to private individuals, we declare and settle all local taxes and duties on your behalf. All you need to do is order, pay, and sign the delivery slip upon arrival — after having checked the integrity of your wine.
How may I order?
The best way is to place your order through our website, which allows you to create your personal file, secure the wine you wish to purchase, and arrange secure payment by credit card. Our team also remains at your disposal by e-mail or telephone should you need further information, advice, or assistance.
Do you have a shop in Singapore?
We do not operate a retail shop in Singapore. We have a warehouse in Singapore to enable faster deliveries, supported by a local team that manages deliveries. Our operations remain managed from Bordeaux due to its proximity to producing estates.
Once payment is received, wines stored in our Singapore warehouse are delivered within 24–48 hours. Wines shipped from our Bordeaux cellars are delivered within 7–15 days, depending on wine availability and the carrier selected at checkout.
How long will the delivery take to Singapore?
Please refer to our Shipping Policy page for full details.
What are your shipment and delivery costs?
Please refer to our Shipping Policy page for full details.
Do you require a signature on delivery?
Yes, a signature is required upon delivery for insurance reasons. Upon reception, it is the responsibility of the addressee to check the state of the goods and to note any reserve concerning breakage, damage, or missing goods on the delivery slip. If the delivery slip does not indicate any reserve, Millésima is not obligated to provide compensation for this order.
The signatory must be over 18 years of age.
Do you ship in original wood cases (OWC)?
We offer our wines in the original packaging as provided by the producing estates. Each item is marked as either "case" (wooden case) or "box" (cardboard carton).
Is it possible to order wine and have it stored under bond?
We can ship any of our ready-for-delivery or en primeur wines to a certified bonded warehouse in Singapore, providing you already have an account set up with them. Please note that our website does not currently recognise under-bond sales — once you place your order, we will amend it to match your requirements. Please indicate the name of the warehouse and your account reference at checkout.
We do not currently offer in-bond storage facilities of our own, either in Singapore or in France.
When will my en primeur wine be delivered?
Once the wine is bottled and ready for shipment — approximately two years after the vintage (plus an additional year for certain wines from Sauternes and Barsac) — a final invoice will be sent including the delivery fee. We will also confirm your contact and delivery information at that time and make any necessary modifications.
How may I contact you? Is there someone I can meet in Singapore?
We operate from Bordeaux, but our team will be delighted to answer all your queries, assist you in building your order, advise you in your selections, or provide updates on a delivery. You can reach them by e-mail at singapore@millesima.com or by direct line at +65 3174 0897. Please note that Bordeaux is not in the same time zone.
