The grape varieties are dominated by merlot (70%), supplemented by Cabernet Franc (20%), Cabernet Sauvignon (9%) and Carmenere (1%).
The winemaking
Thermoregulated stainless steel tanks.
The ageing
18 to 24 months in 100% new barrels.
