How is Dom Perignon Rosé Champagne Made?

There are two main methods for making rosé champagne, but the creation of Dom Pérignon Rosé is primarily based on the rosé d'assemblage technique, the true signature of Champagne. This method consists of blending white Champagne wine with a small quantity of red wine produced locally, generally from pinot noir or pinot meunier.
