A fruity and delicate red Chassagne-Montrachet by Bader-Mimeur
The estate
In the heart of Burgundy, Domaine Bader-Mimeur was born of the marriage between Charles Bader, whose parents were wine merchants, and Elise Mimeur, daughter of Charles Mimeur, owner of Château de Chassagne-Montrachet.
The vineyard
Covering a total of 8 hectares in the Chassagne-Montrachet, appellation, including 5 hectares belonging to Château de Chassagne-Montrachet, the vineyard of Domaine Bader-Mimeur is planted with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
Out of deep respect for its terroir, the vineyard is farmed using sustainable viticulture.
The wine
This great Burgundy wine comes exclusively from the Château de Chassagne-Montrachet plots.

The wine displays a beautiful ruby hue.
Nose
Typical of this Burgundian grape variety, the nose reveals aromas of morello cherry, peony and autumnal earth.
Palate
Supple and silky, the palate harmoniously blends indulgent fruit with very fine tannins. The finish is long and fresh.

Rack or leg of lamb, grilled rib steak, rabbit with Dijon mustard, coq au vin, Poulet de Bresse, guinea fowl with Brussels sprouts or soft cheeses will showcase the broad aromatic range of this cuvée.
