Domaine Bader-Mimeur has been established in Chassagne-Montrachet since the 17th century. It was in 1920 that it took on the name it has today, following the marriage of Charles Bader - whose parents were wine merchants - and Elise Mimeur, daughter of Charles Mimeur, owner of Domaine du Château de Chassagne-Montrachet.

Domaine Bader-Mimeur now owns 98% of the vines at Domaine du Château de Chassagne-Montrachet, as well as plots in other Burgundy appellations.

The estate now covers a total area of 8 hectares (including 5 hectares for the Château de Chassagne-Montrachet vineyard), producing both red and white wines from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes.

The wines of Domaine Bader-Mimeur embody all the elegance, finesse and complexity of Burgundy wines, thanks to impeccable vineyard management, integrated farming, natural fermentation and ageing in oak barrels in the estate's underground vaulted cellars.
