The roots of La Rioja Alta go back to 1890, when five Basque and Riojan families joined forces to found this exceptional estate. Since then, the property has continued to stand out: in 2024, its Gran Reserva 890 earned, for the sixth time, a 100-point score from the specialist press. The following year, the House became the third most admired wine brand in the world.

In northern Spain, the Rioja region is distinguished by an especially demanding classification system: Crianza, Reserva, Gran Reserva. The latter, the pinnacle of excellence, requires aging for at least five years, including two in oak barrels and three in bottle. This approach gives rise to wines of rare complexity, with supple tannins and a silky texture, combining finesse, elegance, and great aging potential.
