Nose
Sophisticated and complex, the nose reveals aromas of dried fruits and honey, accompanied by apricot notes. The bouquet then evolves towards tropical fruits such as mango and pineapple.

Palate
Round and smooth, the palate seduces with aromas of candied fruits and apricot combined with delicate spices. Its long, silky and elegant finish balances the sweetness imparted by the Sauternes cask aging with the typical spicy character of aged Cuban rums.

Eminente: the revival of traditional Cuban rum

Born in 2020 from the collaboration between the LVMH group and the Cuban company Cuba Ron, Eminente embodies the revival of 19th-century traditional Cuban rum. Under the direction of Camille De Dominicis and Maestro Ronero César Martí, this premium brand employs 120 varieties of Cuban sugar cane. Eminente stands out for its exceptional proportion of aguardiente, the highest among Cuban rums, giving it a unique aromatic complexity. With 22 gold medals since its launch, this Franco-Cuban collaboration highlights insular authenticity while benefiting from LVMH's luxurious expertise.

Gran Reserva Edition N°2: the art of Sauternes cask finishing

This limited edition, created by César Martí, is a 10-year-old Cuban rum (age of the youngest spirits), made from 80% aguardientes, the island's most aromatic spirits, distilled at 75% ABV and aged in white oak casks that previously held whiskey. These aguardientes, which have the highest proportion of any Cuban rums,  are blended with light Cuban rum distilled at 95% ABV to bring liveliness.

The particularity of this Edition N°2 lies in its 4-month finishing in Sauternes casks, which brings complexity and balance with notes of honey, candied fruits and delicate spices.

Made from recyclable materials, as is its packaging, the bottle stands out with its unique design reminiscent of crocodile scales, an emblematic animal of the island.
