The Cask Strength Second Edition, an exceptional limited edition

Produced from carefully selected Single Malts from the first distillation season from February to July 2019, this 3-year-old whisky benefited from aging in ex-Bourbon and ex-Sherry casks, giving it complexity and depth in the aromatic profile.

Bottled at cask strength at 62% ABV, this Japanese Single Malt preserves all its authenticity thanks to the absence of chill-filtration and added coloring. The distillery uses pure spring water from the snowmelt of Mount Chōkai, located in a region known for the autumnal fertility of its orchards. Released in October 2022, this Cask Strength Second Edition testifies to the excellence of the young Yuza distillery and its commitment to quality.
