Perle de Roseline 2015

Produced in a limited quantity, this 2015 Chateau Sainte Roseline high-end cuvee is 40% Grenache, 35% Mourvedre and 25% Tibouren. This 2015 was created thanks to a selection of the Chateau Sainte Roseline best plots, harvested at night.
The deep pink hued 2015 Chateau Sainte Roseline has an expressive and rich nose that gives off red berry and grapefruit aromas. This Côtes de Provence rosé structure and complexity are characteristics of the partial ageing in oak barrels used for it. On the palate, this 2015 Chateau Sainte Roseline reveals citrus aromas emphasised by an outstanding acidity. This 2015 vintage associates finesse and structure. It has an about 5 year ageing potential.
