Clos Peyrassol 2015

Only vinified during the best vintages, the Clos Peyrassol rosé is the reflection of the vineyard wine-growers skills. The 2015 vintage is 41% Tibouren, 41% Grenache and 8% Rolle.
The 2015 Côtes de Provence Clos de Peyrassol displays a very pale pink colour that reminds one of vine peach flesh. Its airy and very complex nose combines fresh white fruit and passion fruit notes to close on spicy hints. On the palate, this 2015 vintage is both broad and fresh, and bears balance between exotic fruit sucrosity and acidulous freshness. The finish of this 2015 Clos de Peyrassol lingers and develops a rich, fresh and elegant dimension.
