Clos Mireille Blanc de Blancs from Domaines Ott is a white wine produced in the Côtes de Provence appellation. The vines are planted on schistous soil near the Mediterranean. They profit from a rare microclimate consisting of spray, dry air in the hills and powerful doses of sunshine. Clos Mireille Blanc de Blancs from Domaines Ott has an atypical blend. A large proportion majority of Semillon, a Bordeaux white grape variety that makes the wine rich and well-structured, and Rolle. A very aromatic, complex and balanced grape variety. Clos Mireille Blanc de Blancs from Domaine Ott is vinified in oak barrels.
Clos Mireille Blanc de Blancs 2015 from Domaines Ott has a wonderful yellow colour with green reflections. Aromas of ripe and exotic fruit, with subtle floral notes (broom plant). The wine is fresh with a beautiful acidity. There are notes of sweet honey, just before the refreshing finish. Clos Mireille Blanc de Blancs 2015 from Domaines Ott has great ageing potential.
