2010 Côtes de Provence (Rosé)

Chateau Peyrassol represents the excellence of Comanderie de Peyrassol. This Côtes de Provence was first released 20 years ago. The 51% Cinsault, 12% Syrah, 29% Grenache, 5% Ugni Blanc, and 5% Rolle blend is produced from vines ageing at least 45 years old.

The 2014 Chateau Peyrassol displays a hue alternating between pale and bright pink. The complex nose exudes wild rose flowers from cherry or apple trees. The palate offers subtle fruit aromas from the south: peach, nectarine, and apricot. The 2014 Côtes de Provence shows great balance, beautiful structure, and considerable tension. The perfect dosage complements the long and fresh sensation, creating harmony.
