The 2023 Mâcon-Pierreclos Le Chavigne takes a few swirls of the glass to open, revealing a well-defined nose with light tropical notes of passion fruit and nectarine. The palate is well balanced with just a patina of oak to be subsumed, though there is ample weight to soak that up. Quite effervescent in style, this will be tempting young.
