An elegant and refreshing Provence rosé by Galoupet
The estate
Renowned for its rosés since the 19th century, Château Galoupet saw its reputation firmly established in 1955, when it was classified as a Cru Classé of the Côtes de Provence. Despite changes in ownership over time, the integrity of this historic estate in Provence has remained intact for more than three centuries.
Since 2019, under the direction of Moët Hennessy, Château Galoupet has been committed to a rigorous environmental approach.
The vineyard
The Galoupet vineyard enjoys a privileged location within the Côtes de Provence appellation, facing the Mediterranean and the Îles d'Or. The vines benefit from an exceptional terroir and a Mediterranean climate ideal for crafting outstanding rosés. Farmed organically, the estate cultivates its plots with respect for the environment and biodiversity.
The vintage
According to Mathieu, the estate’s winemaker: « The G cuvée from the 2025 vintage meets all our expectations as winemakers. It is generous, subtle, and full of freshness, a perfect reflection of what our terroir offered us this year. »
Winemaking and aging
G de Galoupet 2025 is crafted using methods that respect both fruit and terroir. Co-pressing syrah and rolle creates a harmonious balance between white fruit and red fruit aromas. This organic cuvée is bottled in an eco-designed bottle made from 85% recycled glass, with a wax capsule replacing traditional aluminum.
