This box contains:
Domaine de Chevalier 2020
An emblematic classified growth of Pessac-Léognan, the Domaine de Chevalier delivers in 2020 a wine that is at once powerful, dense and highly elegant. Derived from old vines planted on gravel soils, this sun-drenched vintage reveals exceptional ripeness. The palate impresses with its freshness, fine tannins and remarkable concentration. After meticulous winemaking and 18 months of barrel aging, this wine offers great aging potential. The blend is based primarily on cabernet sauvignon, complemented by merlot, petit verdot and cabernet franc.
Esprit de Chevalier 2018
As the second wine of Domaine de Chevalier, L’Esprit de Chevalier 2018 entices with its intense aromatic expression and beautiful harmony. Black fruits, spices and mineral notes unite in an elegant bouquet. On the palate, the fleshy texture is balanced by fine tannins and remarkable freshness. Sourced from young vines on gravel, this wine combines generosity and tension with finesse. The blend of cabernet sauvignon and merlot makes it a Pessac-Léognan to be enjoyed right away.
Domaine de la Solitude 2021
The Domaine de la Solitude 2021 embodies all the elegance and complexity of Pessac-Léognan's great Red wines. Managed by Olivier Bernard since 1993, this historic Martillac estate produces wines recognized for their refinement. Made on gravelly soils, this wine benefits from careful winemaking and barrel aging on the lees. The blend of cabernet sauvignon, merlot and petit verdot results in a harmonious wine, combining complexity and aromatic richness.
