For over 20 years, the Chiquet brothers (Jean-Hervé and Laurent) hav now returned to traditional and meticulous practices to respect the unique character of the Champagne vineyards of the Jacquesson House, located in Dizy, in the Marne Valley. This House, founded in 1798 by Memmie Jacquesson, was taken over by the Chiquet family in 1974. Adopting a singular vinification process and aging in casks, Jacquesson produces almost limited series of Champagne out of specific parcels, naming them Cuvée n°700 and so on. These numbered cuvees are a guarantee of traceability and the best of each plot.
